Attended kpmg interview,it went well even salary discussion has been done. Haven’t received offer letter yet. It’s been more than two weeks. When will they release offer letter ??

Emerson Offer Letter issue
Is there anyone from Emerson, Pune. I need help - my offer letter is pending approval at a ghost stage even after getting the proposed CTC break up after the HR final round. It's been 7 weeks now and there is no response from the HR.
Can any one assist? Do they come back this much late?

They withdrew the compensation saying they didn't get approval. After clearing all round of interview and compensation breakup email on email.
