I also fell off the wagon lately, but was quite consistent with diet and workout till 4 months back. I always crave chocolate ice cream during periods and it also helps me with my mood and really bad cramps. I used to get low carb or protein ice creams in single scoop small servings from brands like noto, gozero etc . Would recommend looking for a healthier alternative for the foods you crave.
