Efficacy of Frido posture corrector

Hey Grapevine! Not a rant, but after 10-9 workdays glued to a 14-inch screen, my posture / spinal cord resembles QUESTION Mark, and my back pain has gone pro. Has anyone here actually tried the Frido posture corrector? Does it really help, or is it Just an expensive shoulder belt collecting dust? Can a belt really fix the "slouch" that's stuck around since 2022? Honest reviews (and back memes) welcome!
