Early stage startup is tough - I am confused 🙂
I have been working my whole career from 2019 in startups. Started in engineering, then SaaS sales, then Product marketing and now finally into Product Management. Working in an AI product company: pre-revenue, have built the product from scratch for 5 months. I just feel I am a fancy project manager who picks up ideas from my founder and works with devs…Idk, where to really get inspiration from? No customer facing yet…idk what I am building is good or bad, its just the founder giving feedback all day…completely remote and it sucks tbh…Idk, whats going on..I am also paid less than industry average - kinda less than 10LPA…what to do guys?
