Due to 3 months of notice period I am not getting any interview calls.most of the companies are looking for immediate joiners or within 10-20 days...is there any way out of this?

One way is try to aim big MNCs they can consider your 3 month notice period
Another way is : put down your paper and start looking for a job aggressively
It's a little risky but if you are willing to take risk, ho ahead

After spending so many years in IT and at current stage of life...my situations don't allow me to take such huge risk
