The company has very limited projects. So it agrees with projects with very cheap and tight commitment. It accepts projects which are rejected from other companies And put pressure on employees to finish on an impossible timeline. Whole management is involved and aligned with that. So ultimately you will get forced to work extra hours everyday without extra pay with weekends. Your health and personal life will be ruined. If you raise any concern you will be tired immediately. If you get FIS and 5/3 bank projects. You will be in hell. Make note of that.
