Does PhonePe give Yearly bonus?
I have received an offer from Phonepe but there is no mention of yearly bonus in it. There's a joining bonus and as variable they have given ESOPs but there's no mention of the yearly bonus.
If they give bonus then in which month?

Then make sure your managers do not do anything to run you over. Always kept hearing stories of this happening across teams. Tech and design are always "special" tho. Much like what @Maybe_maybe_not said. Devs do not fall under the same roof as others.
Which role are you joining? Phonepe doesn't give yearly bonus. Very rare cases get a yearly bonus if they have negotiated basis their last compensation
