Does NIYO Debit card still work for international travel?

I got a Niyo debit card in 2022 & used it for my europe trip without any issue. Last year I heard the govt had put restrictions on their bank & it was non-usable.

Now as per their app, it shows that it works. I am travelling next month to central asia & wanted to know if the Niyo sbm debit card still works? Can I refill & use my same card?

Please throw some light for people who recently travelled with Niyo. Thanks!

You need to complete your SBM KYC, after that you can use your Debit Card. Alternatively, you can get the Niyo DCB debit card. Both of them work internationally!

Thank you! So I can just complete the kyc & it will be good to go for international travel?

It might take 5-7 days after completing your KYC for the bank to enable international transactions on your debit card. Make sure you unlock your international channel on your Niyo app. If you can, you are good to go!
