Do you remember your first ever appraisal? What rating and hike did you get?

It was during my internship, i had a yearly pkg of 2.4 lakhs and one day the CTO came and told me he appreciated the efforts I put in and raised my stipend to 8 lpa. And they even gave me a bonus on top of this. It was great working there.

Year 2022..hike of 2% on pkg of 3.5 lpa 🤣🤣🤣🤣 after that immediately I switched and got hike of 100%

It’s been some time Was a 4 rating on a scale of 5, 20-25% appraisal iirc

Consistently exceeds expectations, 26%.

It was in my first internship, stipend was increased from 7k to 10k. This was about 4 years ago.

Don't remember the rating but got 23% hike. Was second highest among the MT batch But when starting number is low, hike percentage doesn't change much

I had recieved my first appraisal on 2017 and it was rating 2. Hike perceptive it's around from 4.2 to 4.5 LPA.
