Ready to eat food tastes bad, this 10 min food delivery seems doable for items like sandwich, samosa, pasta etc.
Mostly depend on, stores that will be near to you. Foods like biryani or rice items are already prepared so it makes sense to deliver them fast like groceries.
Also if the delivery time is 40 mins that doesn't gaurentee that it's freshly cooked.
Ready to get , old food that was prepared in morning and reheated etc
Almost everything you get via Swiggy and Zomato is frozen food
Exception: Restaurants that have dine in options (which are usually more expensive and you don’t order from there as much as you do with cloud kitchens)
Restaurants aren't coming closer for sure. So they are setting up dark stores to heat food
I haven't used the dine in feature on swiggy. If you have, how's it ? Is it better than going to the restaurant directly ? Do restaurants accept payment via the swiggy app during dine in via swiggy ?

Totally agreed. I don't want to receive my food in 10 mins. Restaurants, please take your time and deliver me freshly good food and not warmed food.
