Do we have any city with good infrastructure in India?
I have lived mostly in bengaluru, with short stints in pune and hyderabad. I have not found any city with good infrastucture, i might be wrong here. But during my visit to south east asian countires, i was surprised to see those places have way better infrastructure than us, even though their economy is way smaller than us. Is it lack of will plus corruption, the reason what we are having this kind of infrastructure.

The problem lies within us majorly and also the government. I hardly see people follow traffic rules. Especially in Bangalore, even the traffic police also don't care if someone is breaking the rule.
People have very little civic sense here. Everyone is in a hurry. Nobody wants to wait for someone else to pass.
Secondly, the government doesn't improve the infrastructure even after collecting high taxes.
So corruption is everywhere.
I recently visited Vizag and was impressed by its cleanliness and well-developed infrastructure.
