Do companies feel no shame before posting these listings?!
So this company posted a job listing on LinkedIn looking for a UX Designer with minimum 1-2 years of experience, who will have to commute to office everyday since it’s an on-site job and will get no work devices from office so he/she will have to bring their own devices too. And the salary they offer? 2.5-4 LPA max including benefits 😂🤣🤣

P.S. this company is situated in Bengaluru. So the employee might as well sleep under a bridge or something because they won’t be able to pay rent with that salary.

You're forgetting locals still live there lol. They can still manage with family chipping in.

That’s not the point. The point is why are they offering minimum wage for a job like UX Design when you’re also supposed to commute to office everyday and bring your own device on top of that?!

Employee Stock option is available 😵🤑
Disappointing salary for a tier-1 city like Bangalore. But there will still be a hundred kids out there from a not so great backing eagerly looking out for a job opportunity like this to start their career somewhere in UX. Hope this benefits someone.
The most atrocious part is the 12 months commitment they're expecting 🤡

Typical LALA companies with their Cool JDs

Why is that nobody says , "we need to appreciate the honesty of the company". They have mentioned it clearly, if not interested do not apply. What if that company is anew bootstrapped startup?

I read salary as 24-40 LPA 💀

Is company kaa maalik ko pakadke aisa thokna chahiye 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lappu si salary, byod and 12 month bond(ish)? Name and shame

Lol, no relieving documents before 12 months that's like holding someone hostage! Can't believe what companies are resorting to
