
Disparity in salaries at same level
My org is offering revised salaries to newly hired or promoted employees but the existing employees are getting single digit hikes. The difference is almost 12 lakh at same position and same experience. How should I discuss this with my manager/HR? The leadership thinks the employees will never get to know this practice.

Been there, I was told that disclosing salaries are breaching NDA and will be penalized. So no one will agree to reveal their salary officially. Unofficial means are not taken into consideration by management.
Basically they know ways to convince you.
