Disappointed with my colleagues
So i am currently a student at a tier 1 B school. And as part of placement process we need to verify our cv points. The thing is my manager is ghosting me ps he even ghosted me earlier as well. My team leads aren't approving my point because we are asked to write impact number and most of the time these are estimates and they said we can't approve.
Like it's a fucked up process both with college as well as employee. Employees are scared to approve anything and college wants everything to be official.
I am honestly so disappointed because my previous company manager readily approved my points because even he knew yeah people write impact numbers and they are always estimates.
I hope to never work with these mofos again.

Problem more with the college. It is unbelievable how a Tier 1 B School was not able to anticipate this issue. What were they thinking, that everyone will just start freely giving points in writing for their colleagues! Do they not understand how do things work about giving anything in writing!!
Unless it is officially approved, officially recommended degree (I suppose it is some distance/weekend course), most folks would prefer to stay clear giving anything in writing. And a top Tier B School professor should have anticipated this issue while designing their course plan. This is all so silly, on so many levels

Problem is student run placement process. It is fucked up
