I got a offer from Flipkart director analytics for customer and pricing analytics . They are offering 80 fixed + 20% var + 40 lakhs esop . I think salary is less I currently work in Norway green tech full remote 1.2 cr + 20% variable . I have very boating work . Should I join flipkart taking paycut they are saying cutting edge work and huge esops in ipo. Yoe 17
