Developer vs Business Analyst???

Hey All,

Need your opinion here

I have 3 YOE as an RPA Developer with a giant MNC and now have a offer of 11.5LPA from a mid size MNC for the position of Business Analyst for a banking client.

Is this a good offer?

What is the growth in both roles in terms of position?

Should I stick to being a Developer or transition into a Business Analyst?
