I have been reading in the developer section about how a person's salary becomes huge. Are there any designers here who can motivate me?

8x in 7 years. Most of the upgrades happened in the last 2-3 years. But most of my hardwork, troubles, struggle was in the first 3 years.

There'll be a gap between when you put the efforts and when the benefits/rewards can be reaped. So, for now, just work hard, love your work & enjoy it. Money will automatically multiply soon, you can't control it anyway.
