Design folks of grapevine, where do i find some good prototypes?

I have an idea that I want to work on, it’s not unique but solves a real world problem.

While I can sort out the end to end implementation from engineer side of things, currently struggling with “designers block” (not sure if that’s a thing, but you get my point).

I have very basic design, but i feel a good design can bring the app to life. Here are my thoughts-

• Tried looking on dribble but mostly people leave one or two screenshots and that too without the figma/prototype.

• where do you guys take inspiration from while working on any new idea?

• Considering I want to hire someone, what would be an approximate cost of an app of 8-10 screens. (apologies in advance, this might sound stupid but not sure how designer charge)

• Considering I want to learn/improve stuff, where do i start? have worked with figma and xd in past, can draft an average UI.
