Deloitte USI Offer letter

Hi All,

I have got offer from Deloitte USI for 8 fixed (0-10%variable) for the role of Solution Delivery Associate. I am having 3.5 years of experience in SAP GRC Security ( Total also 3.5 year as from beginning I have been in GRC Security). Joining is in 1st week of Dec.

While negotiation I asked for 10-12lpa but HR offered 8 and said you will also be eligible for appraisal cycle in May so u will get some increment in next 6 months again.

Can anyone help me if it's a good package or not. This is my first switch and my current package is 5.7 lpa.
