Deloitte India (Consultant) vs. Publicis Sapient (Experience Engineer L2) – Which one to Choose?

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently holding two offers and would appreciate some insights to make an informed decision.

Offer 1: Deloitte India (Gurgaon) – Consultant

Offer 2: Publicis Sapient (Noida) – Experience Engineer L2

I have 2.9 years of experience, and while both roles involve React, Deloitte also includes .NET Core, whereas Publicis Sapient is focused solely on React(frontend).

Publicis Sapient is offering a better salary hike, but I’d like to evaluate both offers holistically.

I’m looking for advice based on the following factors:

Career growth opportunities over the next 2 years

Stability and bench policies

Project allocation and client exposure

Learning curve and upskilling potential

Job security and the likelihood of consistent project assignments
