Dear members please help me with following

  1. Are AM, DM and Senior Consultant are same level in Deloitte...or there is difference?
  2. Does Deloitte offer Relocation expenses, if yes then how much?
  3. What is approximate increment and variable pay% in consulting line?
  4. How much joining bonus they provide?

  1. In consulting hierarchy is like
    Consultant--> Sr Con--> Manager-->Sr manager-->MD/partner
  2. Yes around 60k but it should be mentioned in your offer letter.
  3. Variable is 10% and increment depends on multiple factors but minimum approx 10% you can expect.
  4. Depends on your negotiating skills and budget for the position. I know someone who got 3.5lakhs joining bonus.
