delivery manager salary in tcs senior level package

Folks, got offered Delivery Manager role in TCS Pune Internally. 10 YOE, 24 LPA CTC. Grapevine shows higher range. Am I being lowballed?

Always check the full CTC breakup. Sometimes the base salary is lower than expected, so it’s good to know what the other benefits are and how they affect your total compensation.

24 LPA for a 10 YOE DM sounds low. Ppl with this exp usually get btwn 28-32 LPA, esp in demanding domains.

The variable pay in TCS can be pretty significant, so don’t overlook it. Sure, it’s not always guaranteed, but when you hit your targets, it adds up nicely. Just make sure to factor it in when calculating your total compensation.
