Deel offer Review - Backend Engineer. Please suggest

Have received verbal offer from Deel -

Current total experience: 8.5 years.

Current compensation: 35 LPA base + 1 variable + 4.5 Bonus.

Current title: Senior Software Engineer

Offered Compensation: 65 LPA base + 50k stock options.

Offered title: Backend Engineer

They have given option to choose between FTE and Contract as well. Contract will provide better tax benefits but FTE looks better on resume. Let me know if anyone has any preferences regarding the same.

Also, the team being assigned there is KTLO team. Anybody who knows about the tech skills, day 2 day work responsibilities, challenges, growth in that team. Is it part of SRE/Devops/Infrastructure management or more of support role? Please let me know. This will be really helpful.

Please let me know if anyone has experience working with Deel. Would be really helpful.
