December vacation recommendations

Hello, need certain recommendations (most of the work and analysis is already done by Claude.ai for me) on people who have travelled to the below places especially from India. We (my partner and I) are avid travelers but typically can’t tolerate snow or harsh winters. This restricts us to limited overseas places. But this year we have taken a plunge to suit up for cold (phew!!). So we have three options. Please suggest your experience of being to enjoy these places in December end during Xmas /NY. Was it too cold? Was it shut/loomy? Too boring? We plan for 12 days:

Option 1: Turkey Option 2: Japan Option 3: Germany / France (have friends to host us)
