So again -Dear candidates, Next time you get an offer letter, read the damn thing. Line. By. Line. What's fixed. What's real. What's fictional. What's deferred. What's performance-linked. What's basically poopity poop with oregano and chilly flakes. Zoom in. Highlight. Ask.
Every time you say yes without reading it - someone somewhere gets promoted for lying legally. Wo kehte hain naa.. sometimes you're not underpaid - you're just over-promised.
