Data Engineer

Hi everyone! I'm planning to switch to another company. My current experience is 2 years and I have primarily worked as a data Engineer at Wipro Limited. The notice period for Wipro is 3 months. How do I plan my switch? How do I get at least one offer in hand with this notice period? Please suggest!!
