CX tool recommendations
Hi Grapevine community,
My company is currently using Freshchat SDK for showing FAQs in the app. We want to move away from it and are looking for a tool with the following consideration:
- Control on UI and how FAQs are displayed.
- Feedback loop- analytics/ insights on usage would be nice to have
Any recommendations on what other companies have been using? Thanks in advance!
