CTC expectations

Hello guys..I work in a KPO...fixed CTC of 23lpa....my profile is basically a part of investment banking..not end to end though...covers European markets...client is one of the reputed institutional investor...last year I received a client bonus in excess of 30lakhs...so my total take is in excess of 55lakh pre tax..... So I got an opportunity from one US investor who wants to open a shop in India. 1 year completely wfh and hybrid post they open office in Mumbai. How much CTC should I ask?
