Razorpay is already very heavy on tech side. While it has good culture we are over the capacity. So be careful, there might be higher efforts to cut down flab. Not sure about cred.

Razorpay, if similar comp and you are optimising for career growth. Revenue growth is strong and IPO planned for early 2027. Lot of push for innovation but work can be on the hectic side for some teams
