Creating a new account just for online transactions

I want to open a separate account in a bank for online transactions. Any suggetions on services of these banks Like axis/indian oversees bank/kotak?

Kotak 811 lite. I've been using it for ~6 years. You get a virtual visa debit card, the app is good. UPI uptime is also good. There's no hidden fees or annual maintenance fee (if you get a physical debit card there's 299 annual fees)
