Curious to know, How you got Senior Staff at ~6YOE?
Got quick promotions while at Zepto. I was a Staff already there within 1 year of joining and interviewed for Senior Staff at Angel One
Every company has their own hierarchy. Meta recruits staff at 10yoe, while some Indian companies recruit as principal at 7yoe.
I feel you could negotiate better considering SDE2 goes upto 95, did you not get any joining bonus?
I am sharing resources that would help with interviews
- For HLD, refer to the grokking HLD pdfs
- For LLD, focus on layered / onion architecture and learn how to clearly mention use of solid and design principles
- For DSA, it depends on the interviewer but Leetcode 75 and 100 problem series fovers 80% of the cases
- Search for Amazon LP and write your Worl summaries bases on those
