Coupang India WLB

I am in the final stage of my interview process for the MLE (L6) role at Coupang India.

I have seen a lot of reviews around WLB and micro-management issues. Is this still there?

I see the comp is very good. Is WLB similar to what we have in Indian startups or is it worse than that?

I need a point of view of current or ex-employees. I have seen a lot of comments like "Don't Join". But I would like to know the reason so that I can make a calculated decision.
