I am 100% sure that corrupt Niva Bupa company will reject my sister's medical claims, this will happen because this country is corrupt and ugly, its private and govt organisations all are corrupt, there is no proper monitoring organisation. Dog eat dog world, disgusting place

Fight for it, if you haven't cheated while applying for insurance (i.e. haven't lied about pre-existing conditions / medical history, you'll for sure get considerable amount of money, just have patience, pick a guy, promise him some money conditional on if the claim settles etc, don't give up. ) if you have cheated then well you are also corrupt.
