Cooling period in Infosys - After getting rejected in interview process

Hi community,

Does anyone know what is the official cooling period in Infosys for reapplying to the same role or another role after getting rejected in the interview process.

I'm looking to apply for another role in Infosys.

The Infosys cooling period to reapply after being rejected in the interview process is six months. The candidates would have to wait for six months before they could apply again to the same position or a different one at Infosys. Using personal changes as a means of bypassing this cooling-off period is not a very good idea since Infosys would take into account name, date of birth and other academic records in the course of the application. This will help in ensuring that hiring is fair and equal in all cases.

In general, a six-month cooling period is accepted by Infosys. That means, you can reapply in Infosys, after 6 months of rejection in the interview. It should be observed that Infosys cooling period also seeks to ensure that those who are rejected within a particular period have the right skills or the right level of experience to reapply. In some cases, applicants may wish to contest this timeframe, but it is usually firm. However, if you wish to take other positions within the organization, it is advisable that you make strides in the appeal process by improving your qualifications during this time so as not to experience further disappointments in future applications.
