Confused on Upskilling for job switch!

I'm currently working as SSC @ Infosys. My main areas of strength are MS SQL, MS SharePoint, MS Excel & Macros. I can code in C programming. But I'm confused about where to fix my career path. Should I choose Power BI and other tools to become analyst role ready or should I learn .NET coding and apply for developer roles.

I'm currently applying for SQL developer & business analyst roles...but not getting even interview mails/calls. Requesting for guidance.
