I got selected for Accenture of the role packaged app developer associate(4.5LPA) and in TCS Digital(7LPA) with the role of System Engineer. But today I got Accenture joining and didn't get TCS joining. Don't know whether to join Accenture and leave TCS or not because I don't know the joining date of TCS.
Join Accenture. Leave as soon as you receive TCS joining date
Tcs is only for laterals after you havd earned.
Digital offer might seem to be good and you might regret after joining Accenture cause of package. Many digital people feel that they gain low exposure and not many get good projects.
After digital your big hike is only if you clear
Innovator which is a big scam. After 2 yrs you will get to know that very less percentage of hike and when you decide to switch it will be the hardest part of life
Join Accenture gain experience and switch after a time and go on
