so i have a question regarding a career decision so i am a recent graduate i have two offers one is from a mid size product based company (comviva )and one from service based (TCS) but the product based company has delayed my joining saying by few quarters and they will share me update regarding joining in October if everything goes fine they will release the joining dates , also i saw there recent quarter results and they were in loss so what should be my course of action here
As a previous employee of comviva , comviva is anyday better than TCS. If they release offer letter join them without second thoughts
I also wanna join comviva but one thing makes me worried if they delay it more or revoke it . Can't seem to make a decision here.

How is the finance department. Like in terms of work culture and leadership. Also, how's the work pressure.
Secondly- Regarding lay offs. For example, do they fire people means average performing staff or due to work pressure, if it becomes grasp quickly.
