Okay, I'm in a tough spot. Got a 10 LPA perm WFH offer from Capgemini. Also cleared Wolters Kluwer (12 LPA Fixed, hybrid, 8 office days, Pune), I asked Capemini for 13, and they are ready for it. Capg project is perm WFH from Client, and the same is mentioned in OL and by HR.
I am also in the final stages of an Interview with 2 top product-based companies but it will at least take them 1-2 weeks to declare the result. My LWD is 2nd June and Capg and Wolters both have my joining date as 3rd June, and they are not ready to extend it.
I don't want to join Capg and am thinking of Joining Wolters but at the same time if I get an offer from the other PBC it will change everything. I really don't know what to do.
