Im currently working a dead end infra job (backup Admin) at one of India's largest service based company.
I come from a BSc background and aam currently learning python . Want to get into backend development.
Can anyone share few good pointers , what to target, what to expect ?

Prep but also prepare your resume and start interviewing. Don't wait for the perfect moment when you are ready. You'll be startled to see how steep the learning curve is through interviews.
