Conflict between 2 offers Persistent vs Synamedia
I have 2 offers. 1 from Persistent Systems for New Relic client with offer of conversion after 1-2 years. On the other hand I have an offer from Synamedia.

Persistent was good earlier, now its not. People working here are living in fear of losing their job. Layoffs are happening very frequently.
