Completed 5 years in a boring stable job
Worked in startups, hyper growth tech and now a legacy org. Total peace of mind: 100%. A few observations:
- To get hobbies, work a predictable 9 to 5.
- To stay sane, invest immensely in logging off at 5 PM.
- ESOPs don't buy happiness, but a steady salary pays the EMI on time in Indian society.
- Sleep is still the most important thing, never neglect it.
- Afternoon WFH naps can keep you young and motivated to log in.

If you have a reading hobby, might check out a great reading app - readoma.com

I am planning to incentivize readers by real amazon coupons and points they can redeem to buy real books from the in app store... do you like this idea ? Also even if I incentivize to read I wont burn money at all, as I have the stratgy

How would the work? Would I be forced to read a book to get points? I need to buy a digital version of book first? Lot of questions

Agree 💯

If you are getting regular salary it can't be boring

Which legacy org r u working for

How's SAP for product managers? Is it chill and stable for them too?

Agreed

This is my story 😂😂 also
