Company ruining employee future
My senior just got fired for questioning his low appraisal from company.The guy literally build all the backend ,infrastructure and all. From which they are making money. Management said _ we don't have work for you here.And then when he said ok fine iam quitting they didint even give him 2 months notice period. He was asked to leave that day only.
The Management is not even giving him 4 yr experience letter . Telling he didint serve notice period.
His stack are angular, php,llm models. One of the smartest guys I have met.

He shouldn't have said he's leaving to the company. That gives them the right to say leave the same day because they're not obligated to ask you to serve notice.
