Companies paying more than 25 LPA for 1 YOE
Joined zomato in feb this year as an SDE-1, totally disappointed with the tech, culture I expected to be bad but is surprisingly worse. I plan to switch in the next couple of months, I have around 15-16 months of experience, want something with good culture and pay. Are there any options left in todays time :(

A lot of back bitching, nobody cares if you are putting in the work, if you are coming early, expectation is to stay till 8PM, cant have difference of opinion even in tech discussion, whatever the seniors in the team think, thats what right, etc.
