Offer 2: Deloitte India Position: Consultant/Senior Consultant - yet to confirm Domain: Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP Risk Management Role Type: Client-facing with focus on Cloud Security, ERP Risk Management, SoD, GRC and Advanced Controls across HCM, Finance, and Procurement Experience Level: 5 years Salary: ₹23 LPA (₹21 LPA fixed) Work Mode: Hybrid

Go with Deloitte
Deloitte is better if you’re highly motivated individual and can stretch. Growth will be much faster here.
