Rehire policy of Cognizant is pretty simple. I left the organisation for some personal reasons and then after a year, I wanted to make a comeback. By that time the cooling period was also over so it wasn’t very difficult for me to rejoin. Since pehle also I had a good rating and also due to the fact that I had good ties with all of my coworkers and existing managers, it wasn’t a very tough process for me.
