Cognizant Hybrid policy
I received an offer from Cognizant and would like to know about their hybrid work policy.

Is there any flexibility in the number of hours required to work from the office?

Can I work from the office for 12 consecutive days and then work from home for the remaining days?
I currently work at Infosys, where we have a hybrid policy that requires 10 days in the office and the rest of the time working from home. On office days, I need to be present for at least 3.5 hours, after which I can work from home for the rest of the day.

How did u get an offer from cognizant like what's the process .I tried applying multiple times but no calls from them
From the HR consultancy, one person saw my profile in Naukri and called me for a position in Cognizant. Within 1 week I got a call from Cognizant HR. And later they scheduled 2 TR rounds and 1 HR round.
Try asking for referrals if you know any person who is currently working in Cognizant.

Current policy for Hybrid is 2-3 days per week from office. They usually track this on a weekly basis and hence 10 consecutive of days WFO and then 10 consecutive days of WFH is not encouraged. But this varies a lot based on your BU, Project, etc.

Hours is minimum 4 - 5 hours based on projects. Continuous 12 days concept is not allowed here. Some projects are having per week attendance and some allowed continuous 12 days. But officially it is 2-3 days per week attendance is mandatory from org level.
