Coforge Interview Experiences - worst

Recently I've interviewed with coforge and done with two technical rounds and followed with a managerial round. Later they moved to two more client rounds. Everyday they used to say like this was the last round amd we can have salary discussion post this. Somehow all went well and moved profile furtherly where they asked me to update the details in career portal and requested to share BGV-LOA as well and shared those as requested later and all after multiple follows ups got to kmow that position is on hold, that to when i called with alternate number. Whole process tooks up almost 45 days and each client round lasts for 2 hrs.

Again after few days i got call from coforge with another hr for another position, i said above thing clearly to this hr then this hr cross checked with earlier hr and processed for new position again same thing happened like technical rounds and client rounds, salary/hr discussion completed, counter offer also shared with them as requested, submitted BGV LOA and no responses on emails that i sent when i called with alternate number lifted and informed like position on hold.

Never ever consider coforge as better workplace with this kind of HR team.
