Try keeping the two separate in your mind.

You can excel at any skill or craft e.g. coding, or playing a musical instrument, or playing a sport, but when you look at the related money making industry - software industry, or music industry, sports industry, the culture there will be much more toxic due to the realities of business and money-making.

But don't let that taint your love for the original skill or craft.

Even if you don't enjoy the coding work at the office, you can still enjoy your other personal coding projects on the weekends 😊
