Coal tar solution

Has anyone ever used Coal Tar Scalp Solution.

My doctor recommended it to cure dandruff but I don't see any difference after 5-6 times of use.

Please share your experience if you have used.

Dandruff is chronic. It can be managed not completely removed. For me Ketoconazole shampoo helps to manage. Never heard about the Coal Tar scalp solution. There are anti fungal solutions which help in case of severe condition
