Cloud /databricks

Hi All, Currently as a data engineer I am using scala ,spark and docker ,kubentes,gitlab etc but honestly I don't know much about background of docker and kubernetes..if i consider my primary skills it would be scala,sql ,spark ...I wanted to know to grow in my career should i change to cloud +pyspark or pyspark+ databricks or should I stick to what I am doing ..
